Today was my first appointment with our midwife. As soon as we saw the baby, I could tell it was all over. There was no heartbeat. He measured 8w2d, when I was supposed to be 9w3d. He stopped growing right after we graduated from our RE. I am devastated, have no frozen embryos, and no idea what will come next. Thank you for all your help, and best of luck to everyone.
