surgery update

i'm pretty out of it still, but i wanted to give a quick update-- what should have been a 30-45 minute surgery turned into about an hour and a half ordeal. DrS got the cyst out, no problem, but that turned out to be the least of the issues. He found Stage 3 Endo, and my left tube was adhered to the pelvic wall. the endo was everywhere. i have 3 incisions instead of just 2. the cyst was almost completely blocking my right tube, so the fact that i got pregnant this last cycle seems to be something of a miracle lol. tubes are all clear now and DrS has ordered me to get pg asap so the endo wont come back.

Thanks for the update- I've been thinking about you today! I'm sorry the surgery was more complex than planned, but glad he got everything fixed up for you! Does that mean you are able to TTC right away? That's awesome!

I'm sorry it didn't go as planned but I'm glad that it went well. On a brighter note, a friend of mine had a similar surgery and she got pregnant shortly after. Their LO is 5 months old now & is absolutely adorable!
