First OB appt yesterday

I'm measuring larger than 8 weeks (which was no surprise due to twins).  I have to do a basline 24 hour urine collection (oh boy oh boy oh boy)!  Stupid pre-existing blood pressure issues.  I got the impression that I'm not going to get scolded due to weight gain with the OB I saw yesterday - I think I'll keep her.  This is good... since fluffy + twins = fluffier.  I have yet to read through the whole booklet they handed out (it's like... 50 pages), but so far it seems to support some of the stuff I want.

I go back in 3 weeks to hear the h/bs (yay!).  We're going to have an  NT scan, but it's at the peri clinic so I don't know when yet.

Husband has cystic fibrosis. I'm a carrier. We did TESE, IVF, ICSI, and PGD. After two failed IVFs, we were blessed with our twins.

    Hey due date buddy... So happy to hear that your appointment went well. When were you released to your OB? I'm still at my RE.

    I got released from the RE after my 7w u/s.  I haven't had any issues with spotting/cramping, so that might have something to do with it.

    I think my RE is getting ready to give me the boot because they reduced my PIO dosage down to 0.5cc on Wednesday. I go in tomorrow for my 8w u/s. I'll be sad to leave them and to stop getting weekly ultrasounds.

    TTC since 8/07 DX - Severe MFI/azoospermia & MTHFR/ TESEs found sperm - 7/08 & 6/09/ 12/08 - IVF#1 - BFN/ 6/09 - IVF #2 - cancelled due to OHSS risk (had retrieval)/ 7/09 - FET #1 - BFN/ 9/09 - FET #2 - BFN/ 11/09 - IVF #3 with new RE cancelled twice - 10/09 & 11/09/ 1/10 - IVF #3 take 3 - BFN/ 4/10 - IVF #4 - first ever BFP on 5/13/10!!! 108 @ 10dp3dt/ 2nd beta 311!/ sono on 5/28/10 said TWINS!!!!
