To make a long story as short as possible, Liv has been on and off gaining weight well at one appt. then not at all at the next. Well the last appt. on Friday they said she was gaining well, so i didn't have to go back until her 1 month appt. At that time she weighed 7lbs, 0.5 oz. Her birth weight was 7lbs, 4 oz. Well, at the breastfeeding support group today, she weighed 7lbs, 1 oz with her shirt on! So, she only gained 0.5 oz in almost a week! Grr...I guess I'm going to have to start doing a better job of supplementing.

    Do you supplement her on every feeding? When we were getting DS up to his birth weight, I would feed him and then pump, and the milk I pumped we would give him after his next feeding. So I always had a bottle ready. It wasn't a lot (in the early days, probably about 30ccs total).
