Thought that since we're talking about puking and pooping we could also throw together a post about what we wish we would have known before the baby was born about the post-partum period.
For me: I had a really hard time both peeing and pooping for about 2 weeks afterwards. The only way I could go was squatting over the toilet and leaning forward. It was bizarre... and awful.
Also, I wish I would have brought more things for DH to eat and for me to snack on. We spent over $100 at the hospital cafeteria!
I'm sure there's more but these are the first things I thought of.

Yeah, the pp poo is horrible. I swear some BM's were harder than having both babies.
I agree.
I'm going to change that up and say how uncomfortable I would still feel a few WEEKS later! & yeah, those bathroom trips were awful. I wish I had started taking a stool softener a week or so before!

Exactly! I also had no idea that the feeling of my milk coming in would be so painful!
