My new favorite snack

I've been having trouble eating enough- nothing sounds good. I've actually lost 1-2 lbs since BFP.

Tonight, after teaching a class, I had these leftover ingredients from Fred Meyer: EarthGrains WW sandwich thins, Emerald Valley Bean Dip, and Tillamook Sharp Cheddar.

So I combined them and nuked for 30 seconds. It was wonderful! And calculated it has 15g protein and 4-5g fiber. Yay! I'm going to leave these things at work so I'll always have something easy available.

  • I'm glad you were able to find something that sounded good to eat, that is half the challenge!  Costco sells the sandwich thins too : )  Don't worry too much about losing weight during first tri.  I lost at least 15lbs with my first and about 5 or 6 with my second, you gain it all back in the end lol!
