i have read tcoyf and been TTC for a long time and we have now decided it is time to get serious. We have been tested and have unexplained infertilty but i am having a hard time understanding the charting business . i have tried looking over the fertility friend website but now i am more confused anyone care break it down way low for me. I am not stupid just a true natural blonde SmileStick out tongue

    basically you take your temp every day, AFTER you ovulate your temp shifts to higher temps.  It's good at confirming O but will not tell you in advance when you are going to.

    Tracking your CM is also a good thing because you usually get fertile CM before you O, and using OPKs is good because if they work for you they'll tell you before you O.
