separation anxiety

has gotten BAD since new DD got home. She has to be sitting on my lap when I nurse or when I sit down holding new DD. If I go outside to get mail or even attempt to go to the bathroom in peace, she screams and cries. She has started doing it with non family members too that shes seen maybe 3 times in her life. and bedtime??   bad bad bad...

Im a SAHM and cant exactly leave the house to take big DD to someones house easily, so if you guys have any suggestions, that would be AWESOME. I play with her every chance I get and let her "help" me do things, so shes not lacking in attention, but also plays by hersself a good majority of the day.
