Who was looking for rainboot and snowboots in size 4?

I know I've seen/posted and answered posts about this. I just noticed that Children's Place has snow and rain boots in the elusive size 4. I was almost resigned to buying size 5s but was feeling bad about it because even size 4 is buying a little bit big. She's probably more of ansize 3 1/2.
