Yes, she has been doing this for awhile. Sometimes she is lazy and wants me to hold it, but I usually just bring her hands up and let go. So she has to hold it if she wants it. (We have actually been bottle-free for about a month now, but the same applies to sippy cups). Does your DD use a sippy cup yet? Does she hold that?

We've used a sippy here and there. She can drink fro it, but more likes to chew on it. That she will hold on her own. But she will not hold her bottle. I put her hands there, she pulls them away. I'd like to give her a sippy more - should I just put a little water in it and give it to her at meals? I'm afraid to o that though because she gets mad when you take it from her and if I gave it to her during a meal she won't eat.
DD holds it sometimes, but usually I do all the work for her or we'll do it together.
