First day of preschool - what to take????

DS starts his school tomorrow and I know I need the diaper bag necessities but what are the basic everyday "to take" things? He will be there a half day from 1-6. What snacks are good to send? What's the easiest way to label items? How many changes of clothes?

    most preschools offer some sort of snack, but make sure.  Something easy to pack such as fruit bars, granola bars, fishy crackers, etc. As for labeling, may i suggest that you buy gallon size zippy bags and place a change of clothes in each(shirt, pants, socks(undies?)) then label the bag and hopefully he has his own cubby there to place it in. i would say two sets of clothes in two different baggies.
