No one here has "gangs."  People are generally treated pretty equally.  Some posters get more attention than others, but no one really cares and no one forms gangs solely to harass other people on the board.

It's definitely bizarre.  I wonder what the psychology is behind it - the need to form "speshul" groups on the Internet in order to separate yourself from others over whom you feel superior?  I mean, in real life, it's called "getting fired from your job over a failure to work with others" or "being in the psycho ward" or "Mean Girls."  On the Internet... it's just kind of ... pathetic. 

It's funny how everyone started this whole "gangs are bad, boo hoo" when we weren't ganging up on anybody. I know this is a hard concept to understand, but it was a joke that started over West Side Story. There were no "mean girls" as you call it although I remember women here in 3rd tri being referred to as "mean girls" by another board.
