I am due to come back to work in another couple of months but I heard that my manager got promoted and will be leaving so I am completely not sure what that will mean for me. Once I am back, the new person will not even know who I am.. How do I ensure my job will be there waiting for me.. Do I talk to my current manager ? I feel weird since it's an exciting time for them but I am so scared. With my current manager I proved myself and I feel my job will be safe but with a new person I am not even there now so I am so scared my job won't be there or someone else will take over. Also there was a chance I could have been promoted but I am sure now this won't happen either because of the new person. So so scared rightnow
