1st Trimester

Weird questions about boobs (sorry if TMI)

Ok - so I am about 8 1/2 weeks pregnant and my boobs have really only hurt at night this entire time.  However, last night they did not hurt at all really.

Do you think people who start off with larger boobs - it does not hurt as much as people with smaller?  I am just curious to everyone's experience.

I started off a full 34C, I have definitely gotten bigger, but been adjusting the bra and have not bought a new one yet.

  • LOL, no.

My boobs are bowling balls - 38 DD non-pregnant and were up to 40 G (yes, G) when nursing ds.  They hurt SO MUCH.  It's like I have two 20-pound basketballs strapped to my chest.  They are big and sore and swollen and I can't wait until we're done having kids, no more nursing, so I can get a reduction.

  • Mine only hurt at night because that's when I take my bra off and lose that support..I don't feel anything during the daytime while I'm wearing one (but I am only just over 5 wks)  At night when I take it off, they feel very heavy and tender.  I think they would be sore regardless of the size they started because they'll feel heavy compared to what has been normal for you.

  • I think this question is asking if there is a direct relationship between the size of boobage and the pain/tenderness felt.  If I read that correctly, I don't think so, I think it varies person to person.  I have very small boobs and have felt nothing with my first child or this pregnancy so far.  Hope that helps contribute..  :)

  • For me it's more just sore nipples.  My breasts are pretty big 34DD but they really don't hurt.  Oh the craziness of pregnancy!

  • I'll be six weeks tomorrow and still haven't had any real issues with my breasts.. I have noticed a little growth, but I'm a 36B and I just don't wear it on the last hook anymore, I use the first one so that it's comfortable. I haven't had any soreness or anything yet. I have noticed a few stretch marks there though.

This exactly.  Except this is my first child and I where a 38 DDD...Not lloking forward to basketballs strapped to my chest.  But I am looking forward to a reduction when we are done having kids.
