Need ideas for a great alphabet puzzle

I just ordered a train puzzle (Infantino brand) where each piece is a letter/train car but haven't received it yet, so I can't say how DS likes it yet. It looks really cute and looks like a good way to help DS learn the alphabet. Each piece shows the uppercase and lowercase letter.
