Yesterday, 11w post c/s, I completed my 6th half marathon!
You can read the full report in my blog below if you're really bored, but getting back into shape post-baby can be done! My biggest fear about getting pregnant was that my identity as a runner would be gone forever.
I'd done marathons and triathlons before babies, and I'm proud to say Mama's back!

Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
I started walking with a purpose at 1 week and walk/running at 2 weeks. I didn't push things until 6 weeks though. Make sure to listen to your body. You'll get back!
Thankfully no bedrest. I ran until 33 weeks and worked until the day before I delivered at 34w4d. I lucked out with quite a few things. Especially the time of year. No way I could have done it in the dead of winter. That's amazing! Congratulations!! I know the fear of losing your identity. (mine was mountain bike racing, since I lost my running identity long ago with too many injuries!) But I have done a couple races this year and have two more planned in the next couple weeks. It feels so good to be back and feeling more like my old self again.
You look great! Keep up the good work mama!!
