  • I don't remember feeling ds until close to 20 weeks. I don't really expect anything much sooner this time - it'll come soon enough!

  • I didn't feel DS  until close to 23 weeks due to an anterior placenta.  Good luck with the wait :-p

  • I felt my first at 14w and my second around 21w (anterior placenta)

  • Baby is the size of the prune, and still snuggled beneath your pelvic bone area. It's too early.

  • No not really.  Those first few flutters feel a lot like muscle twitches so some women might get them confused.
  • I felt my son at 14 weeks, with an anterior placenta, but I didn't feel regular movement until about 20 weeks. The absolute earliest I've heard was 13 weeks, and that was someone's second pg.
  • with DD I didn't feel anything inside until 22w.  And outside at 24w.  (anterior placenta)

This time I have another ant. placenta - and haven't yet felt anything.

  • For a first baby they say to expect to wait a LONG time... I felt DD at 14 weeks though so it could happen soon! However 10 weeks, not so much.

  • I didn't feel DS until 18 weeks, so I'm prepared to wait.

  • I'm 10 wks too and I don't feel anything nor do I expect to.  That said, I can tell when he/she isn't happy with something and/or is being more active.  I think that is predominantly due to my hunger level or heart rate.  My DH thinks I'm weird, but I feel different at nearly the same times of the day.  Someone once told me that I should expect the early feeding schedules to be the same as my early bathroom schedules.  I think as much as WE think we are on a routine, the little one inside each of us is slowly but surely making his/her routine known.
  • I didn't feel anything until almost 23 weeks... hang in there, it will fly by!
