hands and feet falling asleep..

anyone ekse exoerienced this in their pregnancy?

Re: hands and feet falling asleep..

  • I experienced it in my hands with DD.  For me, it was pregnancy induced carpel tunnel.  It went away immediately after she was born.

Not sure about the feet, though...

  • Yes, my hands and feet are falling asleep SO easily now. It's really annoying! I think it's because the blood is going to more important things right now? Not sure though, I'd ask your doc. :)

    Feel better!

  • Mine did it with my first pregnancy and it was SO annoying.  It was really only when I slept, but I had to wear wrist braces for the pain, and be careful getting out of bed to pee, because my feet were so tingly.   I feel like it happened later on, though, like 20 weeks.

It went away the day I gave birth.
