Did any of you have to wait an abnormally long amount of time to get your BFP? I have heard stories of women who missed AF but every test they took still showed up BFN and ended up being pregnant anyway.
That would be my boat.
AF is never really late, and when it is it's never more than 3-7 days. It's now 3 weeks late! I just tested AGAIN this morning and it's still a BFN. I haven't been losing or gaining any weight, and there haven't really been any lifestyle changes to disrupt it.
I know I may or may not be pregnant, and I'm not asking if you think I am, just wondering how many ladies out there have been through the same thing.
Re: How long did you wait for BFP?
I had a 53 day cycle 3 months after weaning my son. A 43 day one after that. I ovulated late, and was not pregnant.
A late period does not=pregnant. A negative HPT=not pregnant or not pregnant enough to turn an HPT positive.
There is an incredibly rare condition that some women have where they never have HCG in their urine so they never turn an HPT positive.
You can pretty much sleep peacefully knowing you are 99.9999% sure to not be one of them.
