BF and Baby poop smells like fish?

I just changed my 9 week old daughter's diaper, she was very gassy this afternoon and now her diaper smelled like fish?  I'd call the clinic but they are closed for the day/weekend. 

Does anyone know what this means?  Should I be concerned?

Did you eat shrimp?  Not to be TMI but whenever I ate shrimp my LO's diaper stunk like fish.  The only other thing I can think of is that most diaper creams contain some ingredient (forget what it is) that is fish derived and makes cloth diapers smell fishy- do you CD?

Haha!  That's funny!  My DS's poop often smells just like sausage.
