Just received the call from my bank that we have been approved to refinance our home.  We locked in at 4.25!  Our current rate is 7.25, so we will be saving several hundred dollars a month in interest.  We have been trying to refinance for two years and kept running into problems with our appraisal values. 

I'm just so happy that it's finally working out!

Awesome news!  I so wish that we could refi our house!

Awesome!! We re-fi'd a couple years ago. We worked it out to saving something like $29K in interest in 5 years.  It was ridiculous and totally worth the penalties.
