Question about Cleaning dryer PRIOR to putting CD in

I used dryer sheets for 4 years in this dryer and recently stopped. I am anxious to wash my newborn stash. How should I clean my dryer or do I not need to worry about it?

You do need to clean it, but I'm not sure how.  I was waiting to ask this question until I was ready to actually do it :-)

I recently attended a cloth diapering workshop and they recommended using a cloth with white vinager and wiping the inside of the dryer and this would be good enough. You can even do this between dryer loads if you want to use dryer sheets for your own clothes. I would be curious to see what others thoughts are on this though...
