i joined this year officially last month, although i'd been trying since july. getting anyone to email you back was all but impossible!
anyway, i paid my dues b/c i have like 3 huge totes full of baby clothes, plus toys, extra car seat bases, etc. to sell.
now it comes out that you have to have been a member since march of this year to be able to sell! FML. what am i going to do with all this stuff?!
Re: local MoMs club
Ugh, that's frustrating!
I'd imagine if you have the room to store it, you could save it until the spring sale. Is there a non "MoMs" group nearby that might have a baby sale? Or you could donate it and use that as a tax write off???
I'm looking for an EZ 2 Nurse Pillow.. have one of those you want to ship to me?
Seems like quite the unfair rule IMO... who cares when you joined, you are there now, and a paid member. : (
Not sure if Craigslist is effective in your area, but you can always try selling on their, at least the bigger items. For smaller item, you can try eBay, and have buyer pay shipping fees.

Did you try talking to anyone there about it? Seems like they could waive a rule like that pretty easily. It's mighty dumb in my opinion. Especially if they get a portion of the proceeds. At ours, you just have to volunteer to work a shift in order to sell.
Maybe you have a Just Between Friends sale in your area soon? www.jbfsale.com. I know ours is coming up in Oct. here.
