1st U/S today...a little worried

So I had my first u/s sound today and we got to see the little baby's heart beating and everything! It was so exciting. But then my OB said he wanted me to come back next week because there is a little space between the baby's head and neck that he is a little concerned about!! He said he has seen it before and that it usually just goes away, but I'm kinda freaking out! Has anybody had anything similar happen to them???
