COLD!! HELP ME!

I am 9 weeks pregnant and i have a sever cold, what is safe for me to take if anything.  I also have extreme allergies, and am taking clariten for that, but it does nothing for me. 

I thought about sudafed, but i dont think it is good in the 1st trimester. Please help any way that u can.

you can't take much.  Tylenol will help you not feel so lousy and to speed up the healing process you should get a nasal wash like the neti pot or hydrasense.  I find using those twice a day really cuts down the cold time because you're cleaning everything out twice a day.
