Weirdest symptom ever...

So all day today my nausea has been extra bad, mixed with some heartburn, and every time I eat I get this sensation where I'm not quite sure if I will throw up or.... sneeze.  Luckily most of the time I just sneeze.  It's almost making me laugh it is the weirdest sensation. 

Other unusual symptoms out there?
