With my DD#1, I HATED sweets. And I am normally a sweet-freak. I didn't want ice cream, candy - nothing. The only sweet thing I wanted was cereal. I CRAVED all kinds of cereal. That was almost all I ate. lol
I am hoping this baby hates sweets too. It was nice to not even WANT them.
I bake a lot, especially for family and friends, special occasions, etc.
This past weekend I did a ton of baking but I had to have EVERY window open and I'd leave the kitchen as soon as I was able to because even the smell of baked goods made me gag.
Normally I love eating cake and cookies and pie.... and now I have absolutely no desire to eat any of it. SO weird for me. Oh well. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten so much before I got pregnant!!!
I don't think my poppyseed does either. Every night H and I usually have some kind of dessert (which I di try to keep healthy) and I have no desire to eat anything sweet. I normally LOVE chocolate and now want nothing to do with it. Maybe this is a good thinng, and will keep us from gaining icecream-weight instead of baby-weight!
DH was trying to be nice and brought me home a peanut butter cupcake over the weekend. I ate half of it and felt sick to my stomach the rest of the night.
