    And it's even more popular as a middle name.

    Not to mention it's cousins: Euneek, Eunique, Uneek and Uniqua.

    I once had a student named Amunique (pronounced like "I'm Unique" with a bit of a drawl on the "I'm").

    According to SSA, 2009 saw the births of 12 Imuniques, 12 Omuniques, and 6 Amuniques. There were 285 Uniques, 11 Euniques, and 6 Youniques.

    I sort of respect people who cut through all the Khayylynne bullshit and just name the kid "Unique."

    I kind of agree with you: ) Though I don't see it's appeal as a name, it doesn't have a very nice sound, IMO.

    One of the characters on the Backyardigans is named Uniqua.
