Hey all. I'm almost 8 weeks. And I can't suck my stomach in anymore to hide my "gut". Now, I suck in, my upper stomach moves but not my lower stomach.
I wasn't largely obese to start with... could comfortably fit into a size 14 skinny jean. And I'm already using a ponytail holder to button some of my jeans (just bought a BeBand from Target).
We're trying to keep the pregnancy mum since I do have a higher risk of miscarriage due to my infertility, and because it is still so early; but I'm not sure how much longer we can keep it up because of this. And I've only gained 1 pound.
Anyone else struggling with keeping things concelaed already?

Yup. I've been wearing more and more dresses to work since that seems to be the only way to conceal. Pre-pregnancy size 16 -- most of my shirts are "maternity-style" anyway with the empire waist. Unfortunately, my pants aren't. They're currently cutting into my gut which is DEFINITELY bigger than it was before. I suck in, and now I look like I did a few weeks ago.To others, though, I look the same, so that's good.
I'm chalking it up to some nasty bloat- but it's seriously inconvenient.
I was also a size 12/14 prepregnancy, but bought some pants in a size 16 when we first found out because I needed new work pants and I thought those would last longer.
Last week they were HUGE on me, today they fit
I haven't gained any weight.
I don't notice that my fat gut is bigger, but I guess it is.
I am having trouble with most of my pants and such since they were a tight fit of 12 before I found out. I am usually fine in the am, and then have to deal with bloat (thank you water drinking mad skills) and then not wanting to push on the bladder. Thank the Lord for the belly band. my pants dont sit low enough to go under, so belly bands it is. Rubber bands dont really help me at all.
Well Pre-Pregnancy I was a size 14/16.
I started wearing some of my old maternity clothes, just because they are more comfortable. I think I need to get some bella bands.
Oh yeah, totally this.
This is my issue too, although I cannot exactly say nice flat stomach exactly as I gained 10 pounds coming off the pill.
