Small Tear on Uterine Wall?

Had my first apt on Friday. We saw the baby and the heart beat, and was told I was 9w, just 6 days earlier than I thought, but I was so happy to hear that! The u/s tech wrote BLEED on the screen many times, and as it turns out I have a small tear in the uterine wall.  The OB said it was probably from implantation and should heal, but no sex, exercise, or heavy lifting for two weeks. 

Any reason to be more concerned?

My BFF Just found out she has the same thing. Though she is pretty much on bed rest, the baby is still very healthy and so is she! I think you'll be alright!

I would listen to your doctor and really baby yourself. Don't do too much physically.  Rest and drink lots of water.  I am sure everything will be ok, these usually do resolve on its own.  Just take it easy and let people help you out with household chores, cooking, errands, etc.  good luck with everything.
