White Pizza = Heaven

It took me a few hours to figure out what I wanted for lunch (NOTHING sounded good), I figured pizza was a safe bet and when I walked in and saw a huge slice of white pizza sitting there, it was calling my name!

What's everyone doing for lunch?

Yesterday I went to my monthly book club and my best friend was the host (and a fab cook). She made a white pizza with sauteed spinach. OMG it was amazing! I wish I took some home!

I love white pizza...it's in fact my favorite.  I can't find it anywhere up here (Boston) though.  So I only get it when I go back to NJ/NY.

No tomato sauce - just the ricotta and mozzarella.

ummm.....i have never heard of wrapping an italian sub in pizza dough, but dear god does it sound good!
