Totally a splurge..

but I just got home from a Prenatal Massage and it was awesome!  So relaxing.  They have this big wedge/pillow thing so you pretty much lay on your side the whole time.  About halfway through, my massage person had me get into "child's pose" from yoga and massaged my lower back- pure heaven.  My favorite was the hand/arm and foot/calf massage.  I would highly recommend it.  (Or get your hubby to do it!)  :-)

Has anyone else had a prenatal massage yet (or are planning on getting one)?  What did you think of it?

I loved mine.... got one at the end of August. I think I will be getting one at the end of this month, or beginning of October. I have been having horrible sciatic nerve pain and I think this will help.

Most places have at least one therapist certified in prenatal.

I was looking forward to getting them, then I lost my job at the end of August.  There goes any hope of a splurge.  Bah!
