BG repair kits rock!!

I just wanted to share with everyone that I had ordered the BumGenius repair kits from Cottonbabies and have already repaired the aplix on half of my diaper stash. It is almost like having brand new diapers again! It was really easy to fix too. I have done the elastic because that is still great on all of the diapers but that looks easy to do as well.

The repair kits were only $1 each and each includes new aplix tabs, laundry tabs and 3 elastic pieces for the legs and back of diapers. Can't beat that deal to revive diapers.

I love the kit too. I just replaced the aplix on 2 more of mine today also. I'm slowly doing all of them that have the crappy laundry tabs.

I haven't changed out the elastic as mine is still holding strong.

You can do it even cheaper if you want to buy the applix and loop in a roll form from other diaper making vendors too. I have both but haven't needed (or found the motivation to) replace anything on mine yet.

Good to know! Our stash is about 50% BG (we decided to go with all AIO's) and since LO isn't here yet we haven't used them yet, but I have read about people needing to repair the aplix, but I didn't know how easy or cheap it was. Thanks for posting!
