CD1 yesterday? Or no?

I feel like such an idiot - not able to identify CD1.

I thought I started my period yesterday, after quite a few days of spotting, so I used a tampon. I didn't have a temp drop yesterday though. When I went to change my tampon, it didn't look like I had had red flow.

Today I had a drop (not as low as I usually see) and noticed that I am pretty well back to spotting.

WTH. I don't know if I should mark yesterday as a light flow or just spotting.

Oh my gosh... no no. I did not post that to phish. I was not even thinking along those lines, nor am I now. I just think my body is effed up right now.

I would probably mark it as spotting.

I think I'm in about the same boat as you...I'm going with spotting till I get the big red with cramps.
