Oing on femara....?

I felt both ovaries hard at work, but at O time, do all the eggs get released? I feel less pressure in the left, but still feel the right. and iI suddenly had a lIttle EWCM, and spotting...so, jw if all the eggs are waiting for spermies :)
Fraternal twin boys born 1/12/12 at 36 weeks
Identical twin girls expected in March!

    With a trigger shot I felt each one release at O time (stabbing pain each time) within an hour.  I'm not sure what happens without the trigger though.  Interesting question!

    I was on femara and could feel the follicles developing on my right side (I wound up with two mature ones on the right). I could feel the occasional twinge on the left but the right side felt like it was ready to pop. I didn't feel the stabbing O pains on the right until almost 48 hours after my Ovidrel shot.

    IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN
    IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins!
