It's cold here in Indiana today too, cold and rainy....I guess it's acceptable seeing we're halfway to October already...where did summer go? Though I am looking forward to all the pumpkin flavored things

oooohh pumpkin food!! yes, I was just emailed a pumpkin muffin recipe.....I haven't tried it yet but here ya go! I'm in TX and it's still HOT but the A/C is working..for that I am happy!
PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Ingredients:
1 and 2/3 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
mix all of the above into one bowl
2 large eggs
1 cup of plain pumpkin (Libby's or something similar)
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
mix this part into another bowl
Then mix both bowls together and spoon into muffin pan.
