BD gift idea for my out of state friend

I have a sweet friend that lives several states away.  We exchange small ($25ish) gifts for our birthdays, but I'm stumped for what to send her this year.  Ideas?  She loves to cook and is very into local, organic, natural type foods etc..

Someone recently posted some really cute measuring cups from anthropologie. I don't know how much they are, but they were really cute, and unique.
