What I have learned from reading The Infertility Cure

I am seriously messed up and I am going to starve to death....LOL!  Between all the things I can't eat from the EZ diet and all the things I can't eat because of deficiences and damp heat I am so screwed!  At this point I am just goint to eat chicken and apples for the next 5 weeks and call it good...just kidding...kind of.

Oh man, I just got home from my first acupuncture appointment and I am basically going to have to go home and throw away everything in my fridge!  Plus, I can eat or drink anything unless it is a room temp.  I hate warm water!

Tsk tsk tsk acording to the Fertility Diet you really shouldnt get your protein from animals. Plant protein is best but avoid soy.LOL

BLAH! No wonder I am fat and infertile. Its easier!!

I know how you feel - it can be totally overwhelming! I've been doing the IF Cure diet for about 6 months....and it is hard. I found that making a huge batch of homemade soup (with lots of green veggies) works great for lunches.

What are your specifics for 'damp heat'?

Well they didn't give any specifics for damp heat so I think it is what is in the heat and dampness lists.  I need to clarify a few things with my acu next week.

Nurture Acupuncture.  It is in San Jose...I think they have a couple of locations but I think they are all in the bay area.

Nope not the same one.  A friend of mine sees my acu in the bay so I guess he goes there at some point during the week.

Oh no! Just be careful you're getting enough calories. Nothing hurts your egg quality like malnutrition, as I've found out

I am loving Dr. C.  He is really great.  I am so glad that i switched.
