Anyone used ARC or Attain for multi-cycle packages?

I'm trying to price out different shared-risk packages that include a refund option.  It's been difficult because the clinic that offers these in Tampa is my old RE that I won't go back to, so I am having to look in Orlando and consider clinics that I am not currently a patient with.  I know it varies from clinic to clinic, but they (ARC) won't give me any kind of pricing until I fill out an application and pay a processing fee so I'm trying to get an idea of how much the refund option packages cost (either the 2 or 3 cycle).

I'm waiting for a call back from Attain, but if you used them for their 3 fresh/3 frozen refund package I would be interested in the price as well.

You can PM if you'd rather.  Thanks!!!

Re: Anyone used ARC or Attain for multi-cycle packages?

  • At our clinic the Attain pricing is:

    23250 for 6 cycle with refund (3 fresh & 3 frozen)

    18200 for 4 cycles without refund (2 fresh & 2 frozen)

We decided against it (although I'm constantly second guessing myself about this) b/c the savings overall weren't as impressive as they claim when we priced it out with meds and monitoring.

HTH. Let me know if you have any questions.

  • We would have used ARC, but as it turns out we wouldn't have qualified. And I'm sort of glad - since it would have been worth it only if we could have done FETs, and we've never had anything to freeze.

  • We were thinking about using the Attain program. I came across this article that I found to be really helpful.
