I'm trying to price out different shared-risk packages that include a refund option. It's been difficult because the clinic that offers these in Tampa is my old RE that I won't go back to, so I am having to look in Orlando and consider clinics that I am not currently a patient with. I know it varies from clinic to clinic, but they (ARC) won't give me any kind of pricing until I fill out an application and pay a processing fee so I'm trying to get an idea of how much the refund option packages cost (either the 2 or 3 cycle).
I'm waiting for a call back from Attain, but if you used them for their 3 fresh/3 frozen refund package I would be interested in the price as well.
You can PM if you'd rather. Thanks!!!
Re: Anyone used ARC or Attain for multi-cycle packages?
At our clinic the Attain pricing is:
23250 for 6 cycle with refund (3 fresh & 3 frozen)
18200 for 4 cycles without refund (2 fresh & 2 frozen)
We decided against it (although I'm constantly second guessing myself about this) b/c the savings overall weren't as impressive as they claim when we priced it out with meds and monitoring.
HTH. Let me know if you have any questions.

We were thinking about using the Attain program. I came across this article that I found to be really helpful.
