I Really Need You Ladies (T&P)
Well apparently sh!t has totally hit the fan here. My husband left me yesterday. He said he can't take this anymore, the stress is too much. He said he loves me and this baby, yet he packed all his things, left his house key and took our new car. We have talked since then, but pretty much he has told me he is less stressed with me in his life and he feels as though he cannot give me what he needs. He then made it to the club last night and called at 3am wanting to come home. I did not let him. I don't know if we will be able to work this out or not. He seems pretty adament about not talking to me now.He also hasn't talked to me, touched me or been intimimate with me all this week (he says because of stress?) He said he would be going and taking my name off accounts, insurance, etc today. I have been soo sick to my stomach and have a killer migraine and everytime my baby girl kicks I cry. I know she is my number one concern right now, but all I can dwell on is how much of a bastard H is. Please no flames. I know this isn't highly looked upon posting on here, but I seriously have nobody. My parents said today if he won't come home they will be staying with me until I can figure out housing. And a car. And money to properly support my LO. And T&P would be appreciated. Thank you ladies for always being there.

What does he mean about taking your name off the accounts? I'd call a lawyer ASAP and get some sort of a financial injunction (if such a thing is even possible). You may want to repost this on the Single Parenting board and get their advice.
This. You really need to make sure that you aren't taken off all of your joint property right now. I know this kinda stuff is the last thing you want to deal with right now but it is important. I am so sorry you are dealing with this and I hope that your parents are able to be a big support to you while you go through this.

I'm so very sorry you're in this situation.
However - I would do the above. ASAP. Is he trying to remove you from health insurance? If so - that's a serious issue.

Living After Losing
Thankfully, my sister is a lawyer (although she is 41 weeks pregnant now!) but could offer advice. He cannot take my name off accounts without my signature, nor can he do much with the car or car insurance since it is in both our names. He has no ties with my health insurance. I really want to be able to work this out, but I have no idea if he is feeling the same way. He has refused counseling.

ugh, i'm so sorry that you are going through this...and with a LO on the way. we are always here for you, so if it helps you to talk about it, talk away. i'm just so sorry that your DH is doing this. that's extremely selfish.

SARAH!!!! I am SO SORRY you're having to deal with this. I agree with other people, you need to call a lawyer right away if he's planning on take your name off of your joint accounts. I don't think he'd be able to do that without someone talking to you or you signing something. It's good that your parents are there for you and willing to help you.

Nothing flamable at all. I'm so sorry your going through this. I'm not getting why he took the car and what in the hell is he saying he's taking you off the insurance and the accounts? I'm not married but I didn't think that was possible to do?
I know your stressed but I would be beyond livid. I would call a lawyer or anyone that can give you answers on how to protect yourself right now. I'm glad you parents are supportive. I may get flamed for saying this but honestly, you sound like a strong girl and he dosent seem to treat you very well. I think you would be surprised at how well you do on your own. (((HUGS))) and please keep us posted.
P.S. I'm proud you didn't let him come home last night. F**ker.
