Special dietary requirements, if any: None, glyburide was increased at night as my AM fasting numbers were back in the 100s
Breakfast: Kashi oatmeal.... I found some pancake mix thats sugar free & whole wheat, and it wasn't bad! so that with some turkey sausage.....bacon/egg/cheese on a whole wheat english muffin
Lunch: leftovers from dinner.... I'm making a small pot of lentil soup this week too
Dinner: Stuffed peppers (made with brown rice).... pumpkin-butternut squash-apple soup w/ salad.... and the husband requested pulled pork this week, so I'll have that without a bun... plus a few nights of leftovers
Snacks: tons of apples with peanut butter... cheese & crackers.... greek yogurt with fruit & splenda.
Carbs allowed per meal/snack: 30 g at Bfast; 15 for am snack; 45 at lunch, 30 at pm snack, 45 at dinner, 30 at night snack

Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: tilapia with tomatoes and kalamata olives, sauteed spinach, and cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce; homemade chicken noodle soup (with whole wheat pasta and lots of veggies) and corn bread; healthy chicken cordon blue with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli; homemade pizza
Snacks: cottage cheese and homemade pumpkin muffins (diabetic recipe); cheese cubes and whole wheat crackers; oatmeal and nuts; fruit and cheese; celery and apples and pb
Breakfast: Whole wheat waffle with peanut butter or whole wheat raisin bread with cream cheese, ham and cheese omlette
Lunch: Turkey rollups with apple and cheese, leftovers from dinner, grilled chicken salad
Dinner: Pulled pork with carrots and dip, taco salad, whole wheat speghetti with meat sauce, apple-sage pork with broccoli and brown rice, Black and Bleu burger on a whole wheat bun (pasturized blue cheese)
