Thank you for posting this. Yesterday I was looking at the Perfect Pregnancy Workout on Amazon and thinking of buying it. Now I think I will go ahead and do it.
I picked up Parent's Magazine's pre/postnatal yoga and pilates DVD at Target. The picture quality isn't great, but I've been finding that it's doing wonders for me. There's a section for morning sickness that's been really good.
I tried almost all of them last pregnancy. The only one I'll do again this time is 10 Minute Solution: Prenatal Pilates. You can combine the segments for a full workout.
Re: Exercise DVD's? Any good ones?
These two are great:
Sara Holliday's Prenatal Yoga 1st Trimester (great for easing back pain later on in 3rd tri)
The Perfect Pregnancy Workout, Vol 1 with Karyne Steben (My Favorite)
