My niece is named Blakeley and I think it's a pretty name. She gets lots of compliments and it fits her well.
I get the impression that the majority of people that frequently post on this site prefer traditional names but just because something isn't traditional doesn't mean it's a terrible name. To each their own.

Blakeley sounds like a childish NN for Blake. It also looks ridiculous spelled out.
It could be a worse name!

I think it's awful. I don't like the name Blake at all (even for boys), I hate the spelling, and it is very awkward to say.
Better than some names, perhaps, but this gets from me.
