Missed a dose ?

I missed my mid-day dose of Prometrium this afternoon because I was zoned out baking (the world does not exist when i bake). I just realized I missed the dose when I got to work about a half hour ago, so I ran to the bathroom and did my evening dose. My question is did I really screw things up by missing a dose? I am on 200mg 3x a day. Should I do a dose at midnight or 1am to try and make up for it? I could kick myself for doing this.

The pharmacist told me the Endometrium (sp?) stays in your system for 24 hours and that missing a whole day will not hurt. I imagine it is close to the same with Prometrium. I think you are fine since you are doing three doses a day.

I agree with PP. Don't stress yourself out about it. It stays in your system for awhile (always takes me 48hrs after stopping taking it to get AF).

I'm pretty sure you will be just fine! Try not to stress out about it....easier said than done I know!

Yeah I think you will be okay. I'm sure the vibes off the baking helped more than anything. Even babies cannot resist the aroma of a nice baked good.
