Our pediatrician suggested we start slowly introducing the bottle to LO since I'll be going back to work in 3 weeks. I haven't bought a pump yet, but I am leaning towards the PISA. I'm lost as to what else I need to buy to go with it. I know I need milk storage bags, but are there any other accessories I should get while I'm at Target?

Re: Pumping question
the micro sanitizing bags, Lansinoh freezer bags are better (IMO) than the Medela - but keep the medela ones that come with your PISA (if that is what you get) because they will attach directly to the horns and in an emergency, they are life savers (speaks from experience).
You can also get a pack of the cleansing cloths if you can't get to a sink to rinse your parts between pump sessions.
extra horns - suggest you make an appt with a LC and have them look at the fit of the horns to make sure you have the right size.
Extra membranes
Extra hair ties and a good book
