Where is the "stabbed myself with a Gonal-F pen for two weeks, triggered, timed intercourse, started Lovenox injections/Progesterone suppositories, all in the hopes of tricking my crappy eggs into not releasing early and causing another miscarriage" option?

lol! (except for the loss, I'm sorry about that : ( )
We never charted. Our issues would not have been fixed or helped by charting, so had everything else been "normal" we would have fallen into the "random baby making fun" category. Which is what we were doing the first few months, then it was "trying" based on cycle days and ovulation signs, then it was off to the RE.
I have never been a fan of charting for women with "normal" cycles.
I'd been charting for 2 years before TTC just to get to know my cycles (mainly I wanted to know when AF was coming). I kept charting when TTC and got pregnant on cycle 2. I only kept track of my temp and cm.
Charted for 4 months, then decided to put the thermometer away and just estimate when I'd ovulate. Times it perfectly I guess However that makes it very hard to figure out due date before u/s. I have longer periods than most (35-40 days) so we kind of just guessed when I'd be due. The u/s at estimated 10 weeks should tell us more.
I say random baby dance fun but I was on clomid for 3 months with all bfn's. The month we "stopped" trying is when I got pregnant. We didn't time it and I wasn't on clomid.
I said "random baby dance fun" but it's not 100% true. I had a good idea I was fertile by my mucus, but I wasn't charting anything because I'd only been off birth control for one cycle and actually didn't expect to get pregnant so fast.
Charted temps, but with my random waking times they probably weren't that accurate. Charted CM occasionally and attempted OPKs. We were lucky in that it only took 3 cycles, so I didn't really get to be a pro at any of it.
I tried charting for several months before our BFP, but it was stressing me out. So I simply kept up with when my period was expected and DH and I got it on around when I figured I would ovulate.
I had been ?trying? to time it right since January, but DH was not fully on board. He?d stopped preventing, but wasn?t fully ready to try. When DS turned 2 in July, DH decided that he was ready and we should probably start ?trying? officially.I told him that we should ?try? every other day for 10 days starting after the first day of my period. He was all for it!Although our schedules didn?t allow that much practicing after all, we must have done something right!
I was so worried that I wasn?t fertile since I?d failed for the past 7 months, have a uterus anomaly and my DH works an opposite shift than me, but BAM.First month of trying and it took! Now I just hope it sticks!I am at an increased risk for MC because of my uterine anomaly (only have ?) and being overweight.I lost 45 lbs this year before conceiving, so I hope that?s on my side!!

I picked charting everything for months, but that seems like you are implying a long length of time.
I got my BFP my 2nd cycle charting, my 3rd cycle trying.
Yeah, there definitely needs to be some more options on this list, plus an "Other/Special Snowflake".
I picked "Charted everything for months." 10 cycles, to be exact.
The only thing I kept track of was AF. We only tried for one cycle without success - my mom was the same way.
L
Charted CM, BBT, and used OPKs for 9 months, which confirmed that I wasn't ovulating reliably.
Went to the RE and did the Femara/HCG trigger/TI combo.
We were lucky that the first round of meds worked for us.
Yeah, you're sort of missing the IF-misery option there.
