Sign of things to come lol

So I just went thru my kindergartener's backpack.  Turns out he decided to color in his daily progress report as "excellent" for every day lol.  The bad news for him is that he used the wrong color  :)  Hope this isn't a sign of the sneakiness to come...

    Pretty funny!  I'm guessing that he probably just didn't totally understand the behavior chart.  My son's teacher uses one too, and my son hasn't colored in ANYTHING!  No green for good; no orange, yellow, or red for various stages of bad news!  I hope that's good news!

    Anyway, I do have to say that DD definitely went through an experimental stage of lying during kindergarten.  And I noticed my son (who just started K) saying some stuff that's clearly not true recently, and then when I give him the side-eye, quickly covering up with, "No -- I'm just kidding!"
