if your LO only takes one nap, when do you do lunch?

DS used to take his morning nap from 11-1 (ish) so i'd do lunch when he woke up.  but the past couple of days, he's apparently cutting down to one nap.  from 12-2 (ish).  but that seems late for lunch.

just trying to adjust.  thanx.
