Just wondering if any of you knew you were near the end. I am so sore and i guess i've just hit my wall but i'm kind of thinking i might be near the end.
We're at the same stage and I feel your pain! I feel like I should be at the end, but my OB figures I'll go the distance. It sucks big time, but what's best for babies right? I can suffer through another couple weeks -- I think!

At the time I didn't realize it...but looking back I cleaned out my entire office at work the same day I went into the hospital in PTL! I ended up lasting a while longer though. Then, my c was scheduled for a Monday. The previous Wed I KNEW I was done. We went for my routine appt and they delivered me the next day! The night before I hit that wall you are talking about.
I definitely new i was coming to the end. I felt pretty good and all of a sudden the last few days i was very sore and uncomfortable, sick to my stomach, and extremely thirsty. I actually said to my husband a few days before they were born that I thought they were coming that week. I just felt very different than I did through the whole pregnancy! Hang in there i know the end is tough,
I knew, but only because I was still having a lot of contractions in spite of my PTL meds. Even adding extra doses with my OB's permission wasn't quieting them, and I'd started dilating a little with them. My OB said "well you have to stop the meds tomorrow (Friday, 36w0d).....I will be on call this weekend, so I'll be the one delivering these babies". She was right! Born at 36w0d!
After 20 months TTC with PCOS, we were blessed with twins!
They arrived at 36 weeks after PTL and bedrest for 14 weeks.
I feel this exact same way right now. The contractions are out of control, I am so sore I can barely walk to the bathroom, and the pelvic pressure is crazy. It seems like I am at the end but I guess I am wrong given that I am still on 1cm and thick.
Dx with severe endometriosis. DS#1 conceived with Met and TI. TTC#2 for 2.5 yrs. Dx 2nd IF. 4 clomid cycles, 2 IUIs, Finally IVF#1 w/ICSI worked for us! twins born 35w3d. Unexpected total hysterectomy 6/11. Now on the HRT train.
I haven't delivered and I'm not scheduled to be induced for a few more weeks, but I'm right there with you. I am so sore, it hurts to do anything-walk, sleep (I actually dread going to bed since it hurts SO bad to roll over and even lay down.), relax on the couch. It makes it a little tougher with my son, but I just tell myself that it's only a few more weeks left and the longer they stay, the better they will be!! I am officially done. I loved being pregnant and with my son, I loved it and missed it afterwards. This time around (well, the last couple of weeks), I can see how some women just hate being preg. and are so uncomfortable. I want these babies out! lol
i feel like I am at the end right now. I am extremely miserable. My stomach burns, cramps up, my back is killing me and it's so hard to get up to pee 6 times a night.
My OB sent me to L&D yesterday because my blood pressure spiked, my feet are the size of a wookie's and my weight jumped up 8 pounds since last week. I'm back home now and back on bedrest. I'm only 1 cm dilated, so we'll see how much longer I have. I feel like I could go any time, but I'd love to keep them in until 36 weeks.
