we're in silverthorne so the hope is to deliver at Summit st. anthony's with my OB. It's only a level 1 nursery though so they won't deliver anyone who is earlier than 35 weeks, you are sent to denver.
I have all my appointments with my OB but 2 Fridays a month an MFM from a denver practice comes up to do high risk appointments and then consults with local OBs on care plans. Dr. Best was the MFM we saw at the N/T appointment and Dr. Davies will do our level II scan on Oct. 8th. Not sure how many times/how often I'll see a MFM after that. They said it depends on findings at the level II. If I go early or have complications the MFM practice will deliver me at University (I think).
Who are you seeing in Denver? Where will you deliver?
TTC with severe MFI since 9/08
IVF w/ ICSI #1 May/June 2010= BFP twins
Callan George and Bennett Charles born and died 11/7/10
FET #1 April 2011= BFN
FET #2 July 2011= no transfer because my lining sucked
FET #3 February 2012= BFP! 1st beta 9dp5dt=314 2nd beta 11dp5dt=977 1st U/S 3/20 Twins- Heart rates of 111 and 138

I see Dr. Porreco who is at Presbyterian St. Luke's and that's where I will deliver as well. They have a great Level III NICU (which I hopefully won't need).

Silverton is in BFE and if we lived there I would be moving myself to denver sooner rather than later! As it is I'm already worrying about early labor on a snowy sunday night and having to fight I70 ski traffic to denver. Hopefully that won't be an issue.
Questions about the hospital in Denver I'd deliver at, nicu levels, what protocol would be for determining if I need to go down, etc are on my agenda for my OB next week at my 16 week appt.
With your update from today's appointment you won't need level III at all, you rock star!
Which part of denver do you live in?

I worry about traffic and snow as well and we're only about 30 minutes from the hospital, I can only imagine how you feel. That Sunday ski traffic is horrific!

If traffic is bad I'm assuming my OB will either send me by ambulance or airlift me to Denver. That's one of my questions!
